Dream House Special Children School, operating under the aegis of Mahez Education Society® Dharwad, continues to stand as a beacon of hope, inclusion, and holistic development for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Over the years, the institution has remained deeply committed to nurturing every child’s potential through compassion, structured education, and specialized rehabilitation services.



During the academic period, Dream House Special Children School functioned with remarkable dedication and consistency. The school currently supports 43 students, comprising 28 boys and 15 girls, each receiving individualized attention tailored to their unique needs.


The institution is strengthened by a dedicated team of 8 qualified professionals and support staff, including:


  • An accountant-cum-office assistant

  • Three qualified special educators

  • One physiotherapist

  • One music and dance instructor

  • One vocational trainer

  • A care home supervisor

  • Male and female caregivers, an aaya, and a sanitary worker



This multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
